Naomi Garcia
Senior Environmental Scientist

Naomi Garcia, TEAM Engineering & Management, Inc. (TEAM) Senior Environmental Scientist and Manager of TEAM's Mammoth Lakes, California office, has experience in soil and groundwater monitoring programs, hazardous waste management and disposal, and Underground Storage Tank (UST) site investigations. She has effectively managed subcontractors and participated in: botanical surveys, geophysical surveys (seismic testing), geologic investigations, and aquifer tests.

Naomi is currently managing the operations and maintenance of several fuel spill remediation systems which include vapor extraction systems, groundwater extraction and treatment systems, and multi-faceted groundwater monitoring programs. Naomi has experience in the assessment and enhancement of natural biodegradation of hydrocarbon constituents in soil and groundwater. Ms. Garcia also has experience in stream-restoration, revegetation, and erosion control.
